Fall Peregrine Surveys Canceled
It is with great regret that we have decided to stand down from the fall 2020 peregrine surveys at both Assateague and Padre Islands. The continued prevalence of COVID-19 makes the travel and interactions necessary to properly conduct the surveys a risk we cannot accept. We will continue to respond appropriately to this deadly virus, hope all our fellow citizens will finally do so, and plan to survive and resume this important work in 2021.
